An unforgettable dining experience at Per Se, and one that truly lives up to every one of its three Michelin stars. Every dish was thoughtful, balanced, and impeccably executed. The mushroom pie was absolutely out of this world. Service elevated the experience even further. Per Se is truly worthy of each and every star.

The Room. The Menu. The Standard.
Per Se opened in 2004 as Chef Thomas Keller's New York answer to The French Laundry, and has held three Michelin stars continuously since. The kitchen composes both a nine-course tasting menu and a vegetarian menu of equal seriousness, each course built on French classical technique and the finest seasonal ingredients.
The dining room, perched above Columbus Circle with views of Central Park, is designed for the kind of unhurried attention that a great meal deserves.
In Their Own Words
Per Se proves that greatness is not dependent on length or spectacle. The dining room is dimly lit and serene. Service was impeccable and precise. The dessert course was a masterpiece of balance and whimsy, arguably one of the best I have encountered.
I ordered the Evolution Menu which came with 19 courses. The range of tastes throughout the dining experience was considerate, with culinary ideas on the bolder side. The service was exceptional, and the window seat overlooking Columbus Circle is very enjoyable.
As a flagship three-star establishment, Per Se sets the global industry standard for culinary and service excellence. The flavors and presentation perfectly reflect the level of precision expected of Chef Keller. It is a place for core memories.
